I like songs from almost every genre of music I've heard. The only genres of music that I don't like any songs of are Contemporary Christian music (and stuff like it) and Gospel.

My taste is both eclectic and picky. I figure there's enough stuff out there that you can afford to be picky about what you like. Most of it's in the alternative rock/punk style, but there's a folk, country, and even some hiphop in there too. Grooveshark playlist. This playlist was created in the process of doing what I call my "Pure Essentials"... every year I make a two-cd set of music I consider to be essential to me; the only rules are it has to fit on two audio cds, and you can't have more than two songs by any single artist. There's a lot more than that on there, this was the "Raw" playlist that I created to start whittling down from.

Check out my playlist! It's on a site you can listen to. I always get sad when people say they don't listen to music. It's one of the best parts of life. :)

A lot of music, but mainly Pop, Folk, and Rock.

To be more specific: I'm mainly into NeverShoutNever, Bright Eyes, John Mayer, and Cady Groves. My favorite song, though, is Sunday Morning by Maroon 5.

I noticed that too. Must be skewed demographics. Nowhere near this proportion of metal fans in the wider population. Sadly!

To me it seems like a good half-and-half, just where I am. I've heard Poland and Germany are full of metal-heads. Maybe that's why whenever you go onto Pop music videos on Youtube and check where they are most viewed, Germany is just about white from lack of views. :p
