Batman, Turkey.
Lolsworth, somewhere in England.

Aside from that there is a road near where I live called Smee Lane.

aparently they named it that cause they found a map where some guy had wrote the word rifle where he had accidently left his rifle. word got around and the name stuck

In Pennsylvania (I think) there's Split Beaver, Snowflake, Arizona, El Cahone, (the coffin) in California, Smackover, AR, Lizard Lick, NC, Chicago, IL old indian word that translates to 'Land of the stinking onion' :lol2:

somewhere in the southern states there a town called 'Peculiar' and out west there's a pair of small mountains called "Maggie's Tits" (names show up on USGS maps of the area)

I live in Metro Detroit, but occasionally pass through a town called Gaylord when going to the upper peninsula. However, I never realized if it is pronounced as:

Gay-Lord
Gay-Lerd
Ga-lerd
Gay-lard

I will always wonder.

In the west of Ireland Kill (Cill meaning church) and the Hell River aren't very far away. There's a place near Cork City called Faggot Hill and one in Dublin called Ballsbridge.

We have Hell, Michigan, and it frequently freezes over in the winter. Arizona has a Hell, as does California, and Kentucky has Hell for Certain.
