The entirety of Libya? I agree. The rebels have no clear leadership, no effective military training or strategy, and next to no existing power in the region. If they come to power, it'll do little else than create a power vacuum which a group like the Taliban could exploit. Better to establish a Governor in the region to ease them into a reasonable state, after destroying both sides of the conflict.
