-no executive powers to WA rep.
-no recruiters, we don't spam new users.
-stable, peaceful nations! We haven't ever had a war after the region was opened up to the public.
-no political, ethnic or other requirements. Just be nice!
-lots of room! We could use you! Many of the veterans from the region have left NS.
-no banned nations! We've never had any trouble!
