Never had any problem with mine.
Nor has anyone else I know that has one.

I really have to agree with you on this one. It seems like Apple started out with a moderately likable product and then just..went off the deep end.
First there was that big iPod that was nearly the weight of a brick, and got scuffed if you breathed wrong. Now, we have mp3 players that are small enough to swallow. There's definitely a problem with that..

Well, my iPod has much more battery life than my other MP3 player, which sucked crap.

Of course, considering how Microsoft probably means to make the OS better than what they made previously. I don't really like the system, but it has helped for the bad errors to be fixed before it actually gets to the main board. As compared to the Mac OS, which estimates to be 2 to 3 years before anything can be done, which is usually minimal.

Apple doesn't innovate technologically and it never has. Sure, they are innovative marketers and repackagers, and they have a good design arm. But, tech-wise, they have never crossed a technological threshhold, and following the Apple model will lead us down a road to cultural stagnation, laziness and mediocrity. The things that they tout? Yes and Windows can do that too. It really shows nothing about the operating system. Almost every single system regarless of its share of the market can have the control pannel and system preferences open at once. The ones that cant would have next to know customers and money
Thats what we are told yet I know my cousin goes to a preschool where the children already use Windows computers. Have you got any proof that it takes less time to learc Mac functions then Windows or even something far less, like reasons why it would take less time to learn?

It always amazes me that even during economically troubled times such as these some companies insist on treating their customers like trash. If she wants a data management solution for her IMac then give her one!
If economics worked the way economists say it works then you would be out of a job for treating your customers that way and your company would be out of business.
Luckily for you, capitalism does not work as well at supplying people with what they need as the free market proponents think.
By the way, I run an IT company on the side (just word of mouth, i'm to busy as it is) and I happily work with clients in getting them solutions to any IT related issue regardless of their OS (Linux, Mac, Old versions of windows, new versions of windows, ancient mac versions, ect).
Although I'm pretty much booked, I'd be happy to take away the customers from you that you don't want.
Especially that poor lady who you mistreated just because she wanted data management capabilities on her imac.

Unless of course it's not OK for a woman to ask for a female to ask for a female officer to carry out body checks. In which case, the answer would be no.
