I've been training myself for the last five years to run in the Olympics, and I was pretty good. That was, until I had collapsed ankles, and had to go through Evan's Therapy. That was okay, my parents could afford five thousand dollars to do it. But wait, then I was going to have my second surgery in January, and THAT ASSHOLE passed Obamacare, which now my family has to pay 50,000 dollars for. Now, I won't be able to do it for another two or three years, unless Obamacare gets repealed. I can't even walk without a limp anymore.

The long term view of America's economy is still very unsure and the economy has gotten better doesn't mean the President is reasonable for that happening.

Because he's the current embodiment of an America which has lived beyond its means for about eighty years and is finally paying the price for it. Same reason people hated Callaghan back in the day before Britain's decline was momentarily, artifically staved off by Thatcher. Doubtless America will have a government in 2017-24/8 who will basically let the private sector do as it pleases and look like it's cutting spending (while doing nothing of the sort) before fading into abject pointlessness.

I've pretty much never liked him because the first speech of his I heard was so fake. It was all "hope" and "change" and "progress" and "moving forward". A bunch of feel good buzz words that lack content does not a great speech make. Many people bought his little deal - I couldn't stand it... and look, the same corporatist presidency that we're used to seeing, boy am I suprised. Additionally I tend to vote conservative anyway.
