That it's a straw man often brought up by bigots along with pedophilia. Neither animals nor children can consent.

He's already moved on to the incest trope, too. It's like playing Homophobe Bingo.

Hopefully people can take the hint.

Another good point, what does those who are pro-homosexual think of incest?

Incestual relationships entail the danger of having children with disabilities, which is why society takes a strong view against them.

So those with genetically-transmittable diseases should be banned from loving others?

On another note, it is fact that most mutations are recessive, and mutations are what propel evolution. Inbreeding increases the occurrence of recessive genes; Therefore, inbreeding drives evolution.

Imagine. If incest was perfectly acceptable... we could have had wings by now.

I think that in order to determine the rationality of a ban one must first logically analyze it before implementing or rejecting it. To assume it is correct is faulty logic, but the same goes to the assuming that it is incorrect. It's correctness must simply be considered unknown before a logical analysis.

Very well. But with what right does the government (warning: hyperbole ahead) force people into marriage? If you promise to spend your entire life with the same person, you get advantages?
