One gender gets away with something that the other can't, because of gender stereotypes.

It also works in reverse, yes. I don't advocate pay for women that is higher than men's just because they're women. Now, a woman who has been consistently snubbed in pay during her tenure at work may deserve compensation to balance out the sum she's been shorted, but that would be the extent of it.

pay sould be on quality of work and on average for some of the jobs feminists use as examples men provide a higher quality and efficiency

I'd like to see sources for this claim, please.

Such as?

I fail to see how is most occupations there is anything inherent in one gender which means they do a worse job, certainly not to the level that they should be receiving lower pay because of it. Now it becomes a bit more complicated when you start looking at working hours, especially in regard to part time work, as I believe more women than men do work part time, but that still does not account for a lot of statistics when comparing like for like that women still receive lower wages.

Of course another matter is that more 'feminine' professions (particularly caring professions) tend to have very low wages. Personally I think that's a tragedy irrespective of the gender issue because it shows how we as a society drastically undervalue our teachers, carers, nurses etc... , those who put so much back into the community.

It's interesting to notice that women working part-time (or not having a job at all) are more common in countries with low average incomes for workers and poor social services (like Italy: not enough public kindergartens, low salaries, almost no tax bonuses depending on the number of children).
While in Nordic countries, who have fairly higher wages and omnicomprehensive social services, a lot more women work, and even full-time.
This means: more equality in places of power (in politics, in companies, in business, in professions), more productivity (less people depending on someone else's incomes, more workforce, more revenues for the State).

Hence: good social services are good for the people, for the society, for the country, for business!

I tend to have better relationships with women who know what they want, rather then women who just try to become my house wife.
the women who know what they want tend to be feminist.

That's funny, cause I seem to recall you blurting out those aforementioned sexist attacks.

Something along the lines of "all woman inherently want to have children", wasn't it?

Even though there are woman who are both mentally and biologically discinclined to becoming pregnant and having children, thus debunking your generalisation.

Ah. So when people transmit the intimate details of their life, it is trolling to refer to those details. Noted. I will pretend not to notice these overly intimate sharings with strangers.

Back on topic, just like there are people who hold feminists ideals that identify as anti-feminists, there are also those who claim to support feminism who are nothing more than sexist bigots themselves.

Sorry, I must not have the same filters you do, where you outright ignore someone telling you that they are emotional unstable, and go on to pretend they never brought it up in the first place.

A good rule of thumb on the internet is to not blurt your entire life story (in particular those aspects you don't want people commenting on) to the whole wide world.

A lot of PEOPLE hate their jobs. A lot of PEOPLE would rather stay home with their children, or not be responsible for financially supporting themselves and/or their families. A lot of PEOPLE would enjoy the life of a "housewife."

Contrary to many popular myths, feminists are people. Some feminists are housewives or househusbands. Some feminists are not. Some feminists who are housewives/househusbands are happy in that role, while others take it on because it is what their situation requires. Some feminists who are not housewives/househusbands are happy in that role, while others would prefer to stay home but are unable to do so because of the realities of their situation.

It is rather mindboggling that such concepts need to be stated, but it seems that's the level of discourse when it comes to gender relations.
