Yeah.

This is incredibly idiotic on the part of Walker, but given that he did the exact same shit when he was mayor (or something) of some town or something (strip unionised worker's rights in a 'budget crisis' while, irrc doing some incredibly shady political actions like he's done here) it seemed likely to pass.

So Mayor + being shady = become Governor.

Functional literacy is possessing literacy skills sufficient to perform daily living and employment tasks. I am not surprised that only 35% of eighth graders would have a level of literacy that would allow them to operate as an adult in day-to-day life. In fact, that seems rather impressive.

Most people supported healthcare reform, what the majority of voters didn't support was this weak-ass healthcare reform bill that ended up being passed. That's why most bills end up showing that 'most people' are against the bill passed, but not necessarily the idea of healthcare reform.

Nah, not a problem if you're a good family-values kinda guy. Look at Newt Gingrich, you can have several, while simultaneously calling for impeachment over someone else having one, and come out scott-free, so long as you take the appropriate anti-gay stance.

That's because the GOP didn't run away, they fought on. And thanks to a recent ruling, we may just win HC for now.
