That's not the case in all Christian denominations. Original sin in Eastern Orthodoxy is something different. It's not the sin itself that is inherited, rather its the consequences of it that we inherit, mainly mortality.

No it doesn't. They can be taken together. "If a man leaves his religion, kill him." and "If a man leaves Islam, kill him" Are not mutually exclusive. Both propositions can exist simultaneously.
