Your opinion is not invalid just because you are not a Supreme Court judge. However, if your views on the UK legal order clearly conflict with that stated by UK judges sitting in the Supreme Court in several judgments, then yes, that is absolutely a relevant consideration here.

The evidence shows Parliamentary Sovereignty was never overshadowed by the EU at all in it's 30 years of EU membership.
