Do I literally feel like I am dying, yes. Being sick is a terrible ordeal. I know this is most likely not going to kill me, my immune system is not nearly that weak. But I continue to feel like I am dying.

I'm wide awake, not tired in the slightest. Which is strangely odd since I managed to get hardly any sleep last night. Nor do I have any soup in the household.
