Here in Germany it is practically legal, just you are not allowed to sell it, ownership (in grams) depends on the state you live in (goes somewhere from 5g to 39g), smoking it is legal. All I wish for is that the penalty for driving with THC in your blood becomes less absurd. Just take a blood sample, check how much THC there is in the blood, if it is above the limit, then kiss your drivers license goodbye for a month and go to a seminar about DUIs. The current situation though is: You have THC in your urine, you get your license taken away for half a year and the screenings cost a good 1000€ each although a screening is short and checking a blood sample is a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. If a screening would cost something realistic like 50€ then it be okay.
I am a proudhonist and an ignostic.

Even though I myself try to steer far away from marijuana, I honestly don't really care if it's legalized or not or whatever people decide to do with it. As long as people stop giving it so much attention, I'm fine with whatever decision is made.

Not only that, but that you support a certain political decision not because you've put any thought into it, but because it's held by certain other people. Try thinking for yourself.

No. I refuse to support any policies held by parties who won't get in or, in the case of ACT, get the only one of their members in that doesn't support the policy.

Also, I hate marajuana anyway.

I used to be like all pro-legalization. Now I don't really know, but because I don't believe in state, I really just don't care, but would feel better if people didn't use drugs. But I am still against prohibition of drugs.

So long as they keep it out of the school bathrooms I'm all for legalization. The smoke from that crap stinks when the smell is mixed with week-old shit.
