The all-purpose NBA thread

Even though he's only played for 15 or so minutes and fouled out early, I think Boogie's first game as a Warrior answered a lot of questions. Most importantly, he will play a pretty big part in the Warrior's offense evidenced by his ability to space the floor and retaining much of his explosiveness. Even if he doesn't play to his full all star potential prior to his injury, I still think his presence will put the Warriors easily over the top this year.

Harden is a slightly above average defender. He doesn't past the eye test because he gets beat on drives a lot, but he's a very good post defender and good enough against the pick-and-roll, so it balances out in the end.

I'm greatly enjoying watching the Lakers flounder.

And hey, the Thunder have won 9/10, amd are still maintaining 3rd place in the West. At this rate, we might get to be ~~the sacrificial lamb~~ the Warriors' opponent in the Conference Finals.
