Solving the Cyprus Dispute Through... Refugees?

Turkey's plan is very obvious to me, they are going to use this refugee crisis as a guise to take over the rest of Cyprus and annex the entire island. They're going to demographically overwhelm the southern portion until it is so Turkish that any Greek control will collapse.

Taksim seems to be the opposite of that.
