Not being able to use Krav Maga, is the same as not knowing it within the context of what I said. I know that almost every Israeli citizen receives at least some Krav Maga training during their mandatory conscription into the IDF, which is just how it ought to be.

They learn incredibly basic things like a few takedowns, throws and strikes. They aren't transformed into instant ass kickers who can take 3 people at once.
