Hours upon days upon weeks upon months of investigations by people who were incredibly hostile to her and looking for anything they could find to get her with couldn't find any evidence of criminal wrongdoing, so unless you've found some new evidence that the long arm of the government couldn't and are preparing to bring it to court, then Clinton is guilty of neither manslaughter nor criminal negligence.
