This corresponds to the roles of top and bottom in homosexual relationship. The top is the masculine, the yang, active part, the bottom is the feminine, the yin, passive part.

Yeah but Wikipedia tell you absolutely everything and there is no surprise and in my view ruins the effect but at least you know what this quackery entails and why it should be banned

That movie is based on a memoir from someone who actually experienced it. I thought I knew to and I was shocked
