This is the second straight year with a very favorable schedule for my Ravens. First, their 2020 opponents only had a .438 win percentage in 2019. Next, Baltimore doesn't even leave the Eastern Time Zone after Week 2! That Week 2 game is at Houston, not that bad a trip. In fact, the Ravens only travel 6,310 miles this season, which is the fewest of any NFL team in the last four years. Also, only one two game road trip the entire season. Additionally, they play no team coming off of a bye. Now, granted, there are a couple tough back to back games. Most notably against the Titans at Baltimore on Nov. 22nd followed by a trip to the Pitt to play the Steelers on Thanksgiving night. We can handle that. All in all, I'd have to say it's a pretty good schedule for the Ravens.

I would say 11-5, but 13-3 certainly isn't out of the question. If Marcus Davenport can step up and perform (which I feel that he has when healthy), and get 9-12 sacks opposite Cameron Jordan, that defense will be nasty. Or perhaps they could go after Clowney pending their cap room. With a dominant DE on the other side he's good for 7-8 sacks and a force against the run.

As for my Titans...I'm gonna say 10-6. The team isn't much better on paper, but without Mariota the offense should be better off. I'm expecting the D to take a slight step back without Logan Ryan and Jurell Casey, but if Vic Beasley can have a good year and Harold Landry continues his upward trend then perhaps that could change. I don't expect Tannehill to do what he did late last season, but I can see the guy having a 3,800+ yard, 28/12 season. More than enough with Henry in the backfield.

The interesting thing about our schedule is that early December we have consecutive road games in LA. Has any other team (besides the LA teams themselves) ever played consecutive games in LA?
I honestly have no idea how the season will pan out. All will likely depend on whether Stidham is as good as BB seems to think he is. Last time we did not win the division was in 2008, last time we had fewer wins than the division winner was 2000.
Inverted Flag Law: US Code Title 4 Section 8 Paragraph (a): The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
The United States of America has been in a state of dire distress since November 8, 2016. Flying the flag upside down is not only our right, it is our duty!

I doubt New England will be in too much trouble. Buffalo is looking good, especially along the defensive line, but I don't trust Josh Allen. Miami isn't going to be good any time soon and...who else even plays in that division? Right, the Jets.

Allen has a 3-5 TD-INT ratio against the Patriots, under a 50% completion and has yet to clear 220 yards against them. Even if Buffalo gives them a run, the Patriots will probably end up sweeping them. Stidham will probably end up being pedestrian to sub par, but that defense is strong and look for Sony Michel to have a big year.

For me the Arizona Cardinals might have a playoff-caliber team due to their WR's (Larry Fitzgerald or Larry Legend, DeAndre Hopkins, and Christian Kirk.) The Cardinals made good picks in the draft with OL and defense.

With Isiah Simmons who can play multiple positions, he could really help chandler Jones. Kyler Murry is a good QB, it was just that last year the OL was horrible and injury-plagued. If the OL and defense inproves the Cardinals might have a good chance at the playoffs.

It's May already, dude. I can't give you a pass this far into the year.

My prediction for 2020 is about halfway through the NFL schedule the season will be suspended due to the pandemic. I hope fervently I get this wrong.

Yeah. I don't see Pittsburgh winning the Super Bowl this season, much as I wish I could. Getting past the wild card round would be a pretty solid accomplishment for them this year tbh.

Even with the Ravens choking every January I still don't think the Steelers can beat them in the playoffs. But who knows Colbert might just siphon more bullshit out of Tomlin and Ben.

Probably just wanted to ditch navy because of its association with the St. Louis era.

It's like if the Giants got brighter and shinier blues, but then replaced their tasteful white trim with an even brighter, louder yellow.

Edit: And all this comes after that unspeakably bad logo change. I literally cringe anytime I see that abominable thing. The Rams are gonna look back 10 years from now and wonder why this phase in their history ever happened.

The strained relationship between the Steelers and ex-LB James Harrison just got a whole lot more interesting.

Harrison claims that HC Mike Tomlin handed him an envelope after he was fined $75k for a hit on Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi in 2010 (Source).

Predictably, Art Rooney II denied the allegation and said there was no basis for believing the claim.

Less predictably and perhaps more interestingly, Harrison's longtime agent Bill Parise says it "never happened" and "I would have known that."

Harrison's beef with the Steelers and Tomlin is well known, but Tomlin has also been shady at points in his career and I wouldn't put a stunt like this past him. I think it's Parise that tips the scales for me and leads me to believe Harrison is making things up. Regardless, it's an embarrassing development for a franchise that's already been drowning in drama for the past couple of years.
