I'd like to draw a line, and say that Quarantine isn't a medical procedure. We can still quarantine people, and if they refuse treatment they're free to die their bloody ebola death in the isolation of quarantine.

A vaccine passport is more for like moving around freely in society. I don't support the State requiring papers for you to be around in public, though if businesses want to require it, that should be their right to do so.

How so? I'd imagine it's fairly self-evident that scientific literacy reduces the likelihood of being an anti-vaxxer. Where's the best place for a child to acquire that? School. What's the alternative? Home schooling by anti-vaxxer parents. Now high education correlates to having fewer children, so the anti-vaxxers denied access to that education will likely outbreed the more educated populace. Let that run for a couple of generations and then you may just start having problems.

I think people overall have a misguided sense of invincibility.

It may be statistically unlikely for me to die from COVID, but I only need to be unlucky once to get fucked up. Better not push it and save my luck rerolls.

Anti-vaxxers are also far more likely to die off to measles and polio. It's not inherently true that denying children of anti-vax parents is going to steadily cause the population to grow. Many anti-vaxers might bite the bullet so to speak, and have their kids vaccinated so they can attend public school, or those kids might resent those parents and go and get vaccinated on they're own.

There's enough confounding factors that your conclusion here shouldn't be taken as a given.

Schools are notoriously good places for diseases to spread. If you don't like them don't send your kids to them.
