Just curious, what is your first language and is your country led by a right-wing nutjob too (only assuming you haven't recently immigrated to the US of course)?Rainbowsix wrote:if u dont like the country ur in then get out
You do realize that the reason America exists is so that people who were persecuted in their home countries for their religious and politically beliefs right? Anti-immigrant groups who value a white anti-catholic state with closed borders and want to be rid of foreigners by any means basically believe that America shouldn't exist in the first place.Rainbowsix wrote:just saying... liberals are often softballs
Because whenever a Republican hears even the slightest criticism of Trump they always have a good natured laugh and politely admit that he has some flaws like any other candidate without getting defensive.West Leas Oros 2 wrote:

As an American I can unironically verify that many people think that Mussolini and Hitler were leftists. The country is that far to the right. The Archipelago Territory wrote:Exactly. And in Russia and China where they put you in a jail if you speak out against them. I am conservative but cannot support trump
Forgive me if I misunderstood the context of your conversation, but based on how I read it you do realize that both Russia and China are capitalist right?Grand Proudhonia wrote:Its driving me mentally unstable, ngl
Sorry for doing that to you, I just really wanted to know if Americans were capable of reacting to the loss of their democracy at all should that ever happen in the future (not necessarily in the next four years).

That is not an excuse anymore, I'm sorry.
We're not in a situation where the government might or might not decide to trample me with tanks, sorry.

If anything, that would make the average person in America less likely to go out and protest, but in Hong Kong they've been doing it for weeks on end.
So no, not an excuse, try again.

Their is no need in America to protest for freedom like in Hong Kong, Cuba and Venezuela, America is a democracy under President Trump.

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen someone support that before. Maybe that's because it's shit legislation and shouldn't exist.Telconi wrote:
There's nothing happening worth protesting.
I'm guessing you're white, have no gender but are also not agender, and live under a rock?

White people have absolutely no reason to complain in America, right? Just shut up and take it, honky.

I don't even know where to begin to respond, I think the best way is post by post where necessary and possible, lol America is a democracy under President Trump, this will do for now, I have a very busy time tonight with the leftist Presidential debate in real life and my RP on it.

NOAA did report that the hurricane was heading toward Alabama and Mississippi (on its then current trajectory). The sharpie mark was to emphasize the (then) current direction. Anyone who cannot see that Trump speaks his mind on the issues (for good or ill) as he sees them at that time (naysayers and their narratives be darned) are going to have a hard time with him. They are also going to have a hard time outside of their illiberal bubbles especially when encountering other Americans from parts of the country who still speak their minds freely and expect others to do the same.
Do you not know how a hurricane cone works? His markings would have meant that the hurricane had an equal probability of the center passing Alabama to the central US. That’s a dangerous “emphasis”

I honestly believe that Trump could declare himself president for life, repeal the first amendment, reinstate segregation, openly deny the holocaust, publicly execute political enemies, place hispanics in death camps, invade Greenland, invite Russian troops, and make pineapple pizza the national food, and Americans would still stare at their screens drooling and completely indifferent to the world around them.

Uh no, we're not. We have democratic elements and institutions but we're not a complete democracy.
Definitely more democratic than China. There's literally no reason for me to go out protesting for more genders or whatever nonsense people think is social change. At most I'd join a non mainstream party that had real solutions and a shot at getting power.
