But I do not know, honestly that whole concept is pretty bizarre to me.

I mean I am sure you can get great downforce from a less ungainly design though.

Bosozuki is just Japan being Japan and adding bonkers aesthetic mods to make their cars look like cartoon versions of Group 5 race cars from the 80s.

Speaking of race cars, looking over the entry list for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Looks like all the action is in GT again. Toyota is essentially running unopposed in LMP1 for the second year as Audi and Porsche have packed up and gone home. Really would have liked to see them turn the 919 into a customer race car like the 962.

In GT Ford has four entries over two teams as does Porsche. Most of the Ferrari efforts are in GTE Am. Less variety this year too with BMW, Corvette, and Aston Martin completing the field.

Kind of surprised that both Jorg Bergmeister and Patrick Long are in GTE Am teams and not the factory GTE Pro cars.

They may be selling the Lordstown Ohio plant to a maker of electric trucks.

This would salvage a thousand jobs.

Electric trucks are a great idea because a corporation can manage fleet recharging much more easily than can one household. It would be an economic boon to the fleet, and maybe to Amazon?

I'm waiting for the tech to get cheap enough and easy to maintain and produce that we get self driving mail trucks so deliverer in a suburb is doing that house to house in a neighborhood without mailboxes and the truck just follows him around.
