In fallout 3 I liked the faction that was all about the American government and reorganizing it. For me in those types of games mostly I just like to start a character with a morality and then develop it through the story as it happens to them.

The Railroad are literal communists and the Brotherhood are blatantly racist.

I've always had a soft spot for the Brotherhood even though they're always theoretically douche nozzles.

It helps that they've got two fine specimens of manhood this time around in 4.
