Shadow Puppets by Orson Scott Card.

I have recently changed some political opinions, so my "pro and against" thing is still in the works.

I call upon all British Citizens aged 16 and Over to visit: keepmarriagespecial.org.uk and sign the petition. Same-Sex Marriage is sin and to make this legal would be discarding gods law for marriage and changing the law of the land.

imho, his best. All of his insight, spirit of adventure and compassion without much of his darker apologias for colonialism and misogyny.

I'm reading The Greatest by Muhammad Ali and Richard Durham; Dona Barbara by Romulo Gallegos (in Spanish); and a contemporary history of the 1862 Dakota Uprising in Minnesota, which ended in the largest mass hanging in U.S. history in Mankato, an event commemorated every December 26 there.

The ascension series. Elise kavenaugh had a tough life. A demon hunter, hunted by a jelouse God and envious humans alike, she lost almost everything when she sacrificed herself to kill the Mother of all demons and she focused on picking up the pieces after she was resurrected as a 1st generation Demon. Now the past is back to haunt her as a past failure beckons her to the East coast where someone is laying a trap for her by pitting her against what may be the last and largest pack of werewolves left in the world. The list of suspects is long and powerful, including the angels who blame her for the death of God ( whom she did kill), the human Union who fear her power (and rightfully so) or the witch bound to her soul who betrayed her to her greatest enemy... And she has to find the answers before both heaven and hell clash on earth.

This is a merging of s.m. Reine's two series, summer of the moon ( the werewolves) and the descent series ( Elise's story) as both worlds come face to face at the end of all things.
on the other hand... I have another set of fingers.
