To make a more unbiased decision, yes. If you have watch a more current episode with the Daleks you would know they are BAMF. Something the stormtroopers just cannot be.

I am talking of actions not looks. I agree they look quite like a trash can with a plunger, but the fact remains, they have not been beaten except by Deus ex Machina. How many times has the rebles need dues ex machina to defeat the empire..... maybe once? and now the empire is dead and the daleks still live on.

Definitely, now that I think about it, the stormtroopers.

The Empire has the resources of a galaxy-wide empire for well over forty years or so, and first started to crack when it's prototype super weapons and figurehead were destroyed by the Rebellion. This failed to entirely destroy it, and it still managed to do some damage as a whole.

The Daleks have the resources of a multidimensional empire for who knows how long, and have utterly failed to actually conquer the modern-day plane earth because of one man with a telephone booth.

Comparatively, the Daleks are weaker because though they have more strength and more power, they are less successful in victory and require less manpower to stall or defeat.

Thus, Stormtroopers win by comparison. And because rule of cool applies when comparing cross-universe versus games. Daleks win rule of innovation, but that tends to hamstring their ability to win cool.

Trust me. I'm an expert. I've been in lots of Internet fights. Some of them i've even won.
