Even the Time Lords considered Daleks a threat. Which the Doctor had to Time Lock, which the Daleks escaped first. I am pretty sure that one Time Lord would be able to completely destroy the Empire.
Lets not forget that 1 Dalek was able to kill 10 or so cybermen he only stoped because The Ark was about to open, which are metel versions of Stormtroopers, arguably.

Next time you watch Star Wars, count how many times a Stormtroopers kills someone, then watch one episode of Doctor Who and most of the time they kill more. The fact is, Daleks rarely die and stormtroopers die all the time. Humans still havnt found a way to kill the Daleks, yet thousands of Stormtroopers die by sticks and teddy bears. If it would have been the Daleks, they would have just destroyed the planet.

You Can Only Do that If you can Get Close enough and even then They'll have some self-righting device.

Having watched both Star Wars and Doctor Who, it has to be the Daleks really. I don't like them, but they seem pretty God damn unstoppable.

I even prefer Star Wars but...Daleks are just more powerful.

... They haven't changed at all. The 2010 ones look exactly the same as the old ones.
