But, yes. Imperial Starfleet Redshirts.
DALEKS DO NOT FEAR, DALEKS HAVE NO CONCEPT OF EMOTIONS!

The first one was beaten by a single raid, the second was destroyed in a bombing run...The Daleks would eventually get the know-how.
Also, the Daleks are obsessed with exterminating anything that is not a Dalek(and they even repress urges to kill prisoners).

Indeed, the 501st were the best of the best, veterans of the Clones Wars. Not to mention their utter hatred of robots (whom they referred as "gearheads"), which the Daleks looked like. Thus, the Daleks would stand no chance against them.

Even with this on the Daleks side?

Because the Doctor has defeated the Daleks so often, he has become their collective arch-enemy and they have standing orders to capture or exterminate him on sight. In later fiction, the Daleks know the Doctor as "Ka Faraq Gatri" ("Bringer of Darkness" or "Destroyer of Worlds"), and "The Oncoming Storm". Both the Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) and Rose Tyler (Billie Piper) suggest that the Doctor is one of the few beings the Daleks fear. In "Doomsday", Rose notes that while the Daleks see the extermination of five million Cybermen as "pest control", "one Doctor" visibly un-nerves them (to the point they physically recoil).

Mention Her Not By Name! She-Who-The-Doctor-Needlessly-Moped-over-For-Ages!
Who won in victory of the Daleks? Who was shut into the Pandorica along with the other villans? Who shot the Doctor In Journey's end? Who Invaded Earth With the Greatest of ease? Who Keeps Slipping through the grasp of the end of the Time war? Who controlled the Human race for 191 years? Who Almost Destroyed Time?
They're Not totally Useless, When was the last time a Stormtrooper Nearly Destroyed time?
