I'm kindof a metalhead, but I hate the fans too.

Teeny-pop/Disney-pop, almost all country, almost all screamo (I like screaming, just not the genre of screamo itself, there is a difference), most rock, and most new rap, AND EMO IS THE WORST! I have no problem with emos as people (okay, some can be annoying but that's besides the point) but the genre is horrible, look up "Dashboard Confessional" (or maybe weezer, they don't seem emo but the music is) and you'll see what I mean. Other than that I have no problem.
I mostly listen to metal, metalcore, deathcore, hardcore punk, etc etc but I also like older rap.

Weezer's Blue Album is fantastic Alternative Rock.

And Weezer and Dashboard Confessional aren't Emo.

Yeah, I like a few of them but the majority suck. I like a solid 10 or so 2000's rap songs and thats it. Maybe 15 on a good day.

Definitely. I can't really say that I know for sure when it comes to Dashboard Confessional though, as I've only heard a few of their songs.

Jazz doesn't necessarily have no vocals, and a lot of jazz doesn't have horns. Also, some jazz-influenced groups are big on vocals, like Magma.
