Trues. D'you prefer early or late Pink Floyd? Essentially, Dark Side of the Moon or See Emily Play? lol.
For me it's early stuff all the way.

All Floyd is good pretty much, except Division Bell. Animals is tied with Wish You Were Here as my favorite, but the Barrett material is completely fantastic in its own right as well.

AMLOR and The Final Cut aren't that good, and The Wall is overly pretentious and overblown.

Phillip Glass is about as close as I can get to Progressive music. Nowdays he's pretty much a classical composer but perhaps his early work qualifies?

"Proghead" doesn't sound like a good thing to be :?

I'm a partial Proghead myself, though I also lean towards hard rock and grunge. When I mean Prog, I mean 70s-style prog. Not today's prog. Today's best stuff probably lies within indie rock and alternative rock.

My favorite Prog band is Pink Floyd, hands down. My favorite subgenre is probably symphonic rock (though it's hard to tell), and my least would be prog metal. My favorite Prog album is, again, something by Pink Floyd- The Wall.

No.

I like Tool and Pink Floyd, but that's about it.
