...and of course, there are some who say it's name is over the top, but what is you opinion? Is the name appropriate, or does Cee Lo Green deserve jail time for "corrupting our youth"?

No its a crap song.
I believe the radio version of this song is "Forget you" which is most likely what the children will be hearing, unless they buy the CD or the explicit song of iTunes or something of the like. Then, its the parents fault if their child winds up listening to it.
