I think they're over relying on Ryan Reynolds being Ryan Reynolds, but that's not a killer flaw. Hector Hammond doesn't look like he's going to be the best foe but the bits on Oa looked FANTASTIC. I think it'll have the usual issues of an origin film and the following films will be better.
