I see lots of shows which I hate, when for whatever reason I just watch whatever crap is on.

Listening to talkback radio is worse. Much worse.

But look on the bright side: either this rubbish annoys you so badly that you get up off the couch and go do something instead ... or you're so stupid that the world is a better place without you getting up off the couch and doing anything.
