I say it's Darth Sidious/Palpatine, due to being a Magnificent Bastard and his impressive use of the Xanatos Gambit.

Well, as far as accomplishments, gotta be Palpatine, he actually accomplished the Sith goal of galactic domination.

As far as badassery is concerned, gonna go with Darth Revan, guy's just unkillable, and became the formation of almost all Sith thought after his holocron was found by Bane.
