It cropped up while Wolohanistan and I were talking about FT nations. Okay, so he actually said 'territory', but that didn't flow so well with the glasses and cigarette.

All Andrioven wants is what's best for her citizens, but they tend not to agree with her decisions. This makes her very sad. It would probably help if she knew what sort of implications instating a secret police in a nation has.
