That is a good idea, though the comic itself was more of a reflection on the fact that though I have been on this site for more then a year, I haven't done anything particularly notable.

Two Reasons:

Reason 1:
Like a few others, my nation has a distinguishable cultural hat, in this case the Fedora, my nation is essentially the 1920's America in Space Culturally. Thus NS Ball me should also have a fedora as a display of cultural affinity.
Reason 2:
I dress like my people, not in a creepy taking the game too serious way, the suit/tie/fedora look came before the nation. So the NS Ball is meant to reflect my own persona.
