Geisha Assassin.
synopsis:
A lone female warrior travels japan looking for the samurai who killed her father. her quest for justice is filled with people who, not only stand in her way, but seem to know alot about her. her quest leads her to discover more about herself and her father and the sacrifices he made as both Master and Friend.

Review:
actually, a pretty well written story about those close to us and the side they never show their loved ones. the fight scenes ranged from disjointed to well chorographed.

Scanner Darkly

interesting movie... spent more time trying to figure out who was which actor than actually paying attention to the storyline.

One flew over the Cuckoos Nest

it was rather strange and nowhere near as good (or strange for that matter) as the book was.

did you see the satellite hitting the water?

Haha, yeah. When they were in the ferris wheel or whatever? I noticed it right off the bat, was looking right at that part of the screen for some reason and then saw the thing hit the water. I had a WTF reaction. Then I remembered that guy (The one filming. Hud? I think that was his name.) talking about things living in the ocean and no one ever noticing it. I liked that. :D

The Expendables. The action was really cool, but at the expense of plot, character and being able to understand what they were saying.

The day before that I watched Paul (the new Simon Pegg one), it was really funny XD

The last movie I've seen was "Frailty", which I watched last night.
It's about a man who believes he has been commanded by God to kill demons, and how it affects the man's sons.
It was an alright movie overall.

I've always liked that movie, and felt it was/is underrated.

Is it? I like it, and I know a lot of others who do as well. It's sort of like a combination of Fahrenheit 451 & 1984 with the stylistic action of The Matrix.

Practically nobody I know has heard of or seen it, and most of those who have didn't really get the point.
