So, random question since the topic came up... am I in the minority thinking Lucy was better than Limitless? I didn't dislike Limitless, but I didn't find it as entertaining as Lucy.

This probably relates to a discussion I vaguely remember having with you before, about pacing and taste in films. I think Lucy could have been a far superior film, but it just didn't work for me. Conceptually, it was perhaps superior in some areas (the philosophical aspects, man and machine etc) but it just fell short of expectation for me.

When it's the first one, the "Part I" is unnecessary.

The Imitation Game. I didn't like how things ended for Alan and I wasn't sure whether or not he was lying when he told Joan Clarke he did all those things he did just to keep her in Bletchley Park.
The United Colonies of Earth exists:
to encourage settlement of all habitable worlds in the Galaxy and perhaps the Universe by the human race;
to ensure that human rights are respected, with force if necessary, and that all nations recognize the inevitable and unalienable rights of all human beings regardless of their individual and harmless differences, or Idiosyncrasies;
to represent the interests of all humankind to other sapient species;
to protect all humanity and its’ colonies from unneeded violence or danger;
to promote technological advancement and scientific achievement for the happiness, knowledge and welfare of all humans;
and to facilitate cooperation in the spheres of law, transportation, communication, and measurement between nation-states.

The Four Musketeers (1974), with Michael York, Faye Dunaway, and Charlton Heston.

It's hard for me to believe that this was originally supposed to be part of The Three Musketeers, because if that movie was a Sean Connery Bond movie, this one was a Roger Moore Bond movie. That said, this movie does seem to give fairer portrayals of d'Artagnan and Milady than some other movies do.

What the fuck is it with all the Christian propaganda that's coming out these days?

Seriously, these came out of fucking nowhere.

Noah, God is not Dead, Heaven is for Real, Exodus, the sexy Jesus movie who's name escapes me, the documentary on the History Channel that tries to prove the Exodus actually happened...
