i guess im the first one to say A7X is my favorite band. Though I hope their material stays good even though The REV has died :( Metallica is a very close second, then Rush, then AC\DC.
One day dude, I'm just gonna get off the bus, and I'm gonna run in the woods and never come back and when i come back I'm gonna be the knife master!

Of your favourites, I went with Rush. Linkin Park is a close second.

Van Halen, AC/DC, Metallica and Ozzy are the only ones that don't suck my third leg, IMO.

though all OK or good in my book, whenever Ozzy is in a poll for a good thing, he's automatic.

So, Ozzy.

Correction: He was good in the 80s and 90s, he blows now without studio magic, I've heard various live performances of his.

Also, Black Rain doesn't count, seeing as it was recorded almost 20 years ago.

He has an attained 4 octave voice. Even if he can't sing with it (which he can) that's pretty amazing. Don't dog on him if you can't even come close to his worse work.

That's terrible logic and a cop-out argument.

He had a 4-octave range, it's gone though. His songwriting has really declined as well.

 Are you serious?!? I admit, his solo work kind of sucks, but Audioslave was his best songwriting as well. Show Me How To Live has some of the best songwriting ever. Plus, he's 46, the fact that he can even come close to what he did when he was 27 is beyond belief.
