A little haiku I wrote

Postby Yootopia » Sun May 10, 2009 12:27 pm

It is summer and
Most of the poetry here
Is just utter pish

Can we have a subforum of fiction where people can post their god-awful musings?

Cheers.
End the Modigarchy now.

Technical forum better
In musings of this nature
Fifth syllable wrong
I suffer, I labour, I dream, I enjoy, I think; and, in a word, when my last hour strikes, I shall have lived.

Farts feat by footy,
Food flip with fish and flower -
Finkle farting fill.

Rats read my rooty,
Rutt rips right rich and rowdy -
Wrinkle ratting reel.

Some say I'm insane,
Others can't say whether or not -
The proof isn't here.

Is this a problem?
Haiku represents method

I hate poetry
It should be burned to a crisp
Nothing should be left
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

We should have a thread
We would all talk in Haiku
Debate in Haiku

That sounds very dumb

A terrible thought.

In the past you've stolen my stereo, my girlfriend and even my car.
Today you stole my Big Mac and this time you've gone too far.
I'm really mad, I'm like a volcano that's about to erupt.
You ate my Big Mac and now I'm going to fuck you up.
You can steal anything from me, even the clothes on my back.
But I fuck people up who take my Big Mac.
You can have my fries, you can even have my coke.
But when you touch my Big Mac, a lot of your bones will get broke.
You like to steal things because you're corrupt.
You took my Big Mac and now I'm going to fuck you up.

We began to write haiku one day
To pass, I think, our musing rhymes away -
Then some young prick
Wrote a cute limerick,
And managed to screw up that little bit too while the others cleaned up his messy display.

^^^

I know not who wrote
That childish rambling there
Must be insane man.

Oh how surprising
This thread has gone much further
Than I expected
I suffer, I labour, I dream, I enjoy, I think; and, in a word, when my last hour strikes, I shall have lived.

I enjoy haiku
But my major problem is
I always forget exactly how many syllables there are supposed to be in the very last line
One of many Czardas puppets. I regarded this as my main account upon creating it and for several years thereafter, but these days, that's no longer important.
Death is patient, death is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Death does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

You must realize
It must be symmetrical
How would you do that?
