True what about doctor doom and Mr Fantastic?

Well, Doctor Doom is said to also be worth 100 billion dollars, and he's actually greedy, when compared to someone as altruistic as Bruce Wayne. The fact that he owns his own country is a major factor. He may earn as much cash as Bruce Wayne, but he does so from government taxes, exports, tariffs, etc. Stuff that countries make money with. And while Doctor Doom does truly care about the people of Latvaria, I think the possibility exists that he could dip into citizen income for any reason without losing the support of the people he rules over. I think he truly could and would outspend Bruce Wayne, given a believable motivation.

Mr. Fantastic's net worth however is a mere 12 billion dollars. His income comes exclusively from patents for his inventions. However his inventions are strictly specialized, too specialized to make enough to compete with the likes of Bruce Wayne, Lex Luthor, and Doctor Doom.

Well, consider the net worth of each of them. Last time I checked:

Oliver Queen was about 7 billion dollars.
Tony Stark stood at around 12.4 billion dollars.
Lex Luthor was at about 75 billion dollars.
Bruce Wayne stood at a staggering 100 billion dollars.

Now of course that's not how much money they have. That's not how net worth is determined. However, it is a clear indicator of their financial health.

Bruce Wayne bankrolls the Justice League, plus the Watchtower which is an orbiting space station with a weapon of mass destruction built into it. That's an insane expenditure right there, which he continues to fund every year. Yet Bruce Wayne is still rich enough to go around Gotham buying expensive art, acquiring new companies, etc. And losing a priceless artifact is something he just shrugs off because he could always replace it with some other bauble worth a small country and still have enough in his bank account to do it several times over.

Wakanda having the only source of vibranium in the world means they can set their own prices no matter what, and everyone else is willing to pay it because they don't have a choice. Vibranium goes for $10,000 a gram. And T'Challa's net worth (or assuming he's dead right now, I really don't remember most of whose dead right now, that vibranium money passes onto whoever leads Wakanda at any given time) is estimated to be over 500 billion dollars.
