We need a H-game/H-light novel where agent 47 has to seduce his female targets with no other playstyle; killing other people means automatic mission failure. Get that alpha male energy flowing (or switch if you want the male assassin to lose, is a bad guy in the fiction).
There's the typical bond archetype but the female usually allied with the bond and it isn't the target and the bad guy is typically male of which the bond archtype usually just kills in the end.
I see a untapped market here.

There's that cliché that I found reading sci-fi novels from the 70's and 80's that consists in sex whenever a human astronaut or explorer finds a new alien species. It can be casual sex, or it can be that these species use sex to say "good mornig!" and "see you soon!", but sex all the way, very often without really affecting the plot. The explorer is, generally speaking, a male, and the alien is female or something that resembles it.

I mean, I understand it was the 70's, but the amount of that in sci-fi novels from the time still amuses me.

Imagine being able to have perfect sex with aliens.
Yugoslavia's back baby...

How the hell did this happen?
Well...we don't actually know. Just sort of happened one day.
Is it a reunited Yugoslavia in the 21st century? Is a rebel colony world in the far future? Is it a race of cyborg neo-life at war with any assimilating organisms they come across in the far far future? Who knows, who cares?
New Yugoslavia just is.

I meant, "i'm looking at you, Cat in the hat (2003)," but I do understand that the movie has its fans

Science and logic are often seen as bad in fiction, the province of evil scientists or emotionless robots, while emotion, feelings, and intuition are, while wielded also by villains, mainly the province of the heroes.

Related to this is the thing where the villains have superior technology to the heroes, but that's just to make them a threat.

There are a lot of things in books that piss me off - when they end like I think they are going to end. Always ticks me off because I think they are going to be different when I start reading them but half way through I realize how it ends. Ugh.
