It's from Dune, but I forgive you your grammar errors.

Oh, because in Star Wars, they also have a drug called “spice”.

The Spice Must Flow!

Seriously, spice from Dune is OP as all. Not only does it grant life extension, give you a mild high, allow you to see into the future and give you cool eye colour, but let's not forget that it is the fuel that allows faster than light travel. With this one fictional drug, we would basically be able to ascend to a civilisation on the cardishev scale virtually overnight. Easily spice.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the legendary Chill Pill.

Modafinil from Limitless is my favorite fictional drug. It unlocks the ultimate potential of the entire brain, allowing 100% brain usage at once compared to the standard 20%. It unlocks every memory you've had in your entire life and allows you to always know what to do in every situation. The only drawback is that the user becomes extremely dependent, leading to death if the next dose is not taken. This is only temporary though because the user is now smart enough (also most likely rich enough) to research the chemicals in the drug and mass produce more or edit the strain of the drug to tweak out the dependency.

The Limitless drug was also my choice - it is called NZT-48 in the film and MDT-48 in the book. Modafinil is a real drug.

Slo-Mo from Dredd should be mentioned here. But my vote is Soma because I found BNW pretty compelling

I think it's probably inspired by prior Scifi drugs like Dune's spice, but luciferium from Rimworld is my favorite drug in that it is a very not subtle 'deal with the devil' allegory.
