One of my favourite singers, Azam Ali, sings almost exclusively in non-English. Most of her songs are in Persian, Urdu, and a variety of other Middle Eastern languages. There's too many songs to link directly to some here, but just type her name into Youtube and plenty will come up. Her voice is divine.
