Mi Le M’Uilinn, by Karen Matheson. Based on a Gaelic poem.

Lyrics:
Mi le m'uilinn air mo ghluin
'Smuladach mi deanamh dain
A shil mo shuil nuair chaidh siuil
Ri croinn-ura chaol ard
Righ, 'smo run-sa nam bard
Dearcam fhathast air mo ghaol
Coiseachd air slat-chaol fo sheol
Seid seimh, socair, o Ghaoth Tuath
Gus an cuir i Cluaidh as fair
Gheall a Pillidh mis, a ghraidh
Buidhe nuair ni fas an t-earn
Aiseig fallain o Ghaoth Tuath
Dhachaidh dhanh mo luaidh slan

English translation: With my elbow on my knee
I am overcome by sadness whilst making this poem
Chorus (after each verse):
Tears fell from my eyes when he left under sail
As the tall mast grew small
It is my intention
A glimpse of my love
Walking on board the deck beneath the sails
Oh North Wind, blow gently
Until he reaches the waters of the Clyde
A promise that I will not forget my love
In rescue it will increase
Oh North Wind, bring him
Home in good health

I'm different, I love A-POP (Armenian Pop) and it sounds like Arab trying to speak Mongolian with Russian accent.
Gaelic Pop sounds like cool English with too much wind.

So some here like Pop music.

The following pop music group from the mid-80's was Latin Americas first pop group. The group was formed in Mexico. It has two Mexican singers and one Venezuelan singer (the young blonde one). The group became quite popular. They broke up in the early 90's.

EDIT: Sounds too similar to Armenian Folk Styles.

Well, mostly it’s traditional Gaelic/Gaelige music. Some songs may have a smattering of pop elements but they’re not really classified as pop music per se.
