Anatolian rock is pretty good. Here's a link to the YouTube channel Anatolian Rock Revival Project, which has some great gems from the genre (and also has English subtitles).

Here's a great Anatolian rock song: Mazhar ve Fuat - Sür Efem Atını (Turkish)

I also like the Italian progressive rock band Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM). Here's a good song by them: PFM - Impressioni di settembre (Italian)

Here's an upbeat song by the Quebecois band Harmonium: Harmonium - Dixie (French)

I am an avid fan of Bachata. I try to go for traditional songs when I can, but as long as it has that unique Bachata beat to it you simply cannot go wrong!

Here are my recommendations:

Teodoro Reyes - Hombre no Muere de Pena
Juan Luis Guerra - Bachata en Fukuoka
Aventura - Obsesion
Kiko Rodrigues - El Verde de Tus Ojos

And of course, the quintessential, Prince Royce - Stand By Me.

There's a lot of Bachata remixes on youtube of the artist The Weeknd's songs and they're awesome.

Latin music has some incredible everything

From Japan, the iconic - Love Psychedelico - Life Goes On

From the Philippines - Up Dharma Down - Pag Agos - I used to have a selection of their songs I liked best but it's on an old computer so I just linked this as an example.

For HK, I'll just throw in a famous song, but kind of typical if not recent - Sammi Cheng ft. Jackson Wang - Creo in Mi
Eldest, that's what I am...Tom remembers the first raindrop and the first acorn...he knew the dark under the stars when it was fearless — before the Dark Lord came from Outside..

Do do daidi, a folk song from Aceh, I think?
I like to listen to it since it's a lullaby, which reminds me of mom, a bit.

Translation for the lyrics of this song:
[Filipino --> English]
In my time of going away,
The hit of the sun and the emotions of the night,
The sleep of my hands,
I can't wait.

One morning will rise again,
And the seasons will shine,
With ourselves,
Happily together.

The whole days that are waving,
When is the last catastrophe?
Didn't know when will run,
And it will fade away.

One morning of being partners,
Not hugging nor partners,
Hearts that are wounded,
The common trail.

[Tagalog]:
At sa aking pagkubli
Hampas ng araw pagdamdam ng gabi
Tulog ang iyong mga kamay
Di nako makapag antay

Isang umaga muling aahon
At sisikat sa mga panahon
Na tayong pang dalawa
Masayang pagsasama

Buong araw ng pag-agos
Kailan ang huling unos
Di alam kung tatakbo
Kusang lalayo sayo

Isang umaga muli ng pag-iisa
Walang mayakap at makasama
Pusong pilit na sinugatan
Landas kong karaniwan.

I can't believe this topic has 5 pages without any songs from Québec. I'm gonna post a few. All songs are in French by the way.

My favorite band is called Harmonium, they were popular in the '70 and they classifies as classic rock, folk rock and progressive rock.

Harmonium - Un musicien parmi tant d'autres (audio only)

Harmonium - Dixie (live)

Another classic rock band that I like is Offenbach. Not the French or German composer, I'm talking about the blues rock band from Québec.

Offenbach - Câline de blues (live at Montréal Forum, 1985)

One of Québec's greatest poet was Félix Leclerc. Here's a song from 1951.

Félix Leclerc - Le p'tit bonheur (audio)

Another great artist from Québec in the '80 was Plume Latraverse. His musical genre was rock, folk and blues. One of his most famous song was called Bobépine.

Plume Latraverse - Bobépine (live)

The most popular band in the '90 was Les Colocs.

Les Colocs - La rue principale (videoclip)

One of the most popular band from the 2000' was Les Cowboys Fringants. Here my favorite song from them:

Les Cowboys Fringants - En berne (live à Joliette, fête nationale 2014)

Let's listen to some rap music. I don't really like rap, this is the only rap artist that I like. Their name is Loco Locass and my favorite song from them is called Libérez-nous des libéraux, which can be translated by Liberate us from the liberals. This song was written in 2003 shortly after the Parti libéral du Québec won the elections in Québec. The video I'm showing was recorded live on La journée nationale des Patriotes, a day to commemorate Québec's Patriotes who fought the british troops in 1837-38.

Loco Locass - Libérez-nous des libéraux (live)

The next song is from punk rock band Les Vulgaires Machins:

Les Vulgaires Machins - Être un comme (live à Jonquière)

I forgot to show some pop songs. Let's start with the most popular and well known one, Céline Dion.

Céline Dion - Pour que tu m'aimes encore (live à Montréal, 2008)

In the United States, you had Bob Dylan. In Québec, we had Raymond Lévesque, one of our greatest poet. His most famous song is Quand les hommes vivront d'amour and many Québec artists covered this song. Here's a live version by three women:

Mélanie Renaud, Luce Dufault et Nanette Workman - Quand les hommes vivront d'amour (cover de Raymond Lévesque, live)

I don't know if you heard of Marie-Mai? She started off her career on a reality show called Star Académie in 2003, she finished 3rd but she has a much better career than those who finished ahead of her. At first I didn't liked her cuz physically she's not my type (yes I'm stupid like that) but she's one of the greatest pop/rock singer from Québec. In 2010 she sang at the Olympic games' closing ceremony. Later, she sang a duet in French with David Usher and a song called Jet Lag with Simple Plan. Here's one of her most recent song and another one:

Marie-Mai - Je décolle (live au Centre Bell, 15 février 2019)

Marie-Mai - Mentir (live au Capitole de Québec, 12 mars 2016)
