Im in no rush to get royal court myself, ill just wait but i might dip back into CK3 to mess around with some stuff without the DLC. its been on my mind lately and i wana scratch the itch for random medieval shenanigans.

Or rather, it's about to out for review. I only saw that Shen was live and playing CK3, the embargo actually lifts at 9 AM PST.

Eh, some of my most anticipated features I wanted since launch are coming either in the free update or dlc. So I'm eager for that overall.

Supposedly, every single culture trait has been revealed. Doesn't tell us who precisely gets what, but it's interesting stuff nevertheless.

War is actually easier in CK3 than it was in CK2 imo.

Yeah, I think I've lost a lot less wars in CK3 than I had in CK2. Man-at-arms is a really nice feature.

Played myself a bit of Poland. Nothing too mad afoot, just formed the Commonwealth after losing a war against the Ottomans. I'd forgotten what a fucking pain it is to fight them. I was two military techs ahead of them and out-numbered them and they just won every battle. Think I need to re-learn how to organise armies in EUIV. Actually...did I ever know how to organise armies in EUIV? Probably not. I guess I'll spend some time fighting the steppe hordes until the 30 Years War kicks off and see if I can take another shot at the Ottomans then.

Rally points are also nice. I can't tell you how many decent armies I lost in CKII just because they spawned near the enemy and I couldn't merge them with a stronger force in time.

One thing I would really appreciate from Paradox is if they release a bit of documentation with the patch notes. >_<;; It always takes a few days for the wiki to reflect the latest big update and I just get confused in the meantime. :p
