There is also a shield world with a bunch of fallen empire ships guarding it on my borders. I must have it in the future.

The name's James. James Usari. Well, my name is not actually James Usari, so don't bother actually looking it up, but it'll do for now.

So basically you spend most of the first 25-50 years of your game waiting to be able to Primogeniture? (More if you're playing pagan/tribal)

Not "waiting." Unlocking primo is work, because it requires holding a kingdom and being at a certain tech level. I often find that, especially when I start as a count or duke (which I usually do), I generally have the tech long before the kingdom title.

It would be great if my allied fleets followed mine so we can take the enemy together, like i specified with my fleet taking point instead of them fucking off in ever other direction.

edit: i actually hate war in stellaris now, its just so utterly tedious. My empire is getting fucking thrashed by an empire whose fleet i can not beat in a 1v1 and my two allies, who combined can slaughter them just fuck off aimlessly and do nothing to help. Selecting your fleet to "Take point" so your allies follow you is completely useless.

I just horrifically lost a war in Imperator, as Rome attacking Korkyra.

Combat in this game isn't as smooth as EU4, and is overall more simplistic, and yet quite satisfying.

Army comp and chosen tactics are more important I feel than in EUIV where it often just comes down to who has better ideas and numbers.

I'm gonna take this moment to say that I've raged at Eu4 like no other Paradox game exclusively because of how sieging works in that game.

Why is it a psudo-random chance that greatly encumbers movement along the map? It fucking sucks, I swear.

I actually like the post-1.8 fort mechanics of EU4. The old style was way, way, way worse, and made wars a pure numbers game.

Clearly you're not well-versed in Fourth Dimensional Chess, Naz. Pomerania is but the first step in the Pope's grand and ambitious plan to make you eat your own hair. Just you wait and see! :p

Okay I'm actually REALLY starting to get pissed that movement generally doesn't take as much time as combat

Like I have twice the army as this other country, but he's wiping me up because he's going province by province and destroying my 1k stacks before they can conglomerate

CK3 is the only game where you can create a religion based entirely around your kinks.

Crusader Kinks 3.

That has almost certainly been coined before.
