Played an Ironman game as Greece with the new dlc to nab some achievements, ive gotten four so far:

Freedom or Death!: As Greece liberate Albania whilst at war with Italy.
Istanbul is Constantinople, Again: As Greece capture Istanbul and rename it Constantinople
This is Madness!: As Greece fulfil the Megali Idea and form Greater Greece
I captured the Bosporus and all i got was this lousy Achievement: Capture both sides of the Bosporus as Greece or Bulgaria, or conquer Greece or Bulgaria as Turkey.

I joined the allies and got Britain and France to invade Turkey with me (Never would have been able to do it on my own) and we balkanised the fuck out of it and then did the same to Romania who had guaranteed Turkey. Now the world is at war with the Axis and i successfully drove the Italians out of Albania and Rhodes and beat back a German naval invasion. Romania and Transylvania joined the allies and got invaded after Poland fell and France has fallen too. So its me the UK and the Commonwealth holding them at bay and im fortifying northern Greece and the lands near Constantinople and digging in for the inevitable Axis assault once Yugoslavia falls and Bulgaria goes fascist.

So I have to start work soon but I'd like to present my game so far.
Ireland has been almost completely united under my house of Néill, and the only county left I have a truce with.
Started in the earlier bookmark with the Norse invasions so this was NOT easy to deal with but I managed.
Britain currently looks like swiss cheese.

My son and heir Gregory (before he sadly died) had been making bold conquests into Britain, was so proud of that boy.

The Irish under House Néill shall unite the Isles and drive out the Norse invaders forever.

I'm ten years into what has turned out to be my first 'real' game of CK3, and I feel I'm starting to get the hang of it. The UI is still atrocious and whoever designed it deserves to have a finger to two chopped off, but at least now I generally know where most important stuff is.

Now watch me realize there was some YOU WILL DIE SOON button that I haven't found because it's buried on a subpage of a toggleable subpage.

As it turns out, playing as an one of the Jimena brothers is REALLY fun if RNGsus blesses you with Muslims who descend into petty infighting instead of Christians doing so.

The Byzantines are still getting their shit kicked in by the Seljuks of course, but serving as a meat shield between Real Christians and the Muslims is typically the only thing the Byzantines are good for anyway.

I finally managed to form Italy as Sardinia-Piedmont, it's a heck of a lot harder than forming Germany. I had to wait until 1878 for Garibaldi and his Redshirts to topple Tuscany's government, and for some reason Luca is still independent even though they were in my sphere.

My very first game of Victoria 2 was a Two Sicilies campaign. It didn't go horribly, but it didn't go too well either. Germany is definitely much easier.
It's the only Paradox game where starting in Italy is difficult.

I actually don't think I've ever formed Italy. The Byzantine Empire, sure. Italy? A pipe dream.
