I'm thinking of buying the EU4 Empire Founder bundle since it's on sale now. It comes with Art of War, Rights of Man, and Common Sense. Are there any other important DLC's or is it fine to just play with these ones?

They’re the bare minimum for a good game, but if you want real flavor, you should look at the region focused DLCs, for example, if you plan on playing in Europe a lot, Emperor is a must, Mandate of Heaven for East Asia, Dharma for India, Cossacks for Central Asia, Cradle of Civilization for Middle East, etc.

Wealth of Nations is absolutely essential for a colonial empire, IMO

This is actually vile now, i really wana how this spread soo quickly in the HRE. Its like 95% Iconoclast now.

edit: Just noticed Novgorod is also now muslim and some berber dude is ruling it. No idea how that happened either.

When Christian, when you give city titles to Muslims, do you get an extra jizya tax from them?

Is this is on the brand new 1.2 patch? Because all I know is that pre-1.2 asking vassals to convert would also convert their lands.

It is yes. The HRE has converted to Iconoclast over the course of a few decades. I was preoccupied with my own situation in Ireland and wasnt really paying attention to the HRE so only noticed it when half the HRE had converted, then when all the HRE had converted.

Also you cant see it on that screenshot, but there is a Norwegian dominated kingdom of England which renamed itself to the "The Danelaw" and has conquered Norway, Normandy and parts of Sweden and Finland.

So uh..... just noticed my Ironman Ireland game... is no longer in Ironman mode.

So thats uh... something.

Atleast im near certain i hit ironman mode, there is no way i went two days without noticing i wasnt on ironman mode.

I wasnt going for any specific achievements or anything but still a bit annoying.

I cant access console commands on this save so dont know whats happened.

Ah well, ill start an ironman game somewhere else then.
