So anyway, the War in Heaven that I was dragged into is going well, it's mostly me and this other hivemind pulling the weight of the non-aligned squad.

I like to think I contributed the most through my economic decimation of both Awakened Empires as I destroyed their home systems, partially because I knew how valuable those worlds were, partially for the Roleplay.

And going back, HoI3 had some of the dumbest design decisions made out of every Paradox game, and HoI2 is literally a worse version of DH, so...

Maybe I should enable that rule to make so that you require land in whatever titles you hold to keep them, to avoid situations like the Bulgaria here.

Also the slightly less prestigious Vulgar Bulgaria, which existed during CK2's timeline.

In my game, their main title was actually Volga Bulgaria. And I am curious how they got Volga Bulgaria to display as their main title, because in my memory they started as the Bolghar nomad, and nomads can't change primary title.

Also I just moved my court chaplain to Constantinople and immediately the province is converted.

No, I think that some other clan split out and it was automatically given the title Volga Bulgaria.
